In the first article of the series of state subsidies, we listed the subsidies of the Ministry of Commerce of Kosgeb, Tubitak and etc. In the continuation of the series we will take a closer look at the supports that are most curious.
In this article, we will outline the kosgeb R&D innovation support program. Before we begin, let us remind you that in order to receive such supports, thorough research must be carried out and all the substances must be read in detail. We have explained below the answers to the most frequently asked questions, as set out in paragraphs 6 and 9. We wish it to be useful.
Article 6- This program provides support for enterprises/entrepreneurs to develop a new product/process/service, improve an existing product/process/service, improve an existing product/process/service, raise product quality or standard, or develop new techniques, new production technologies, etc., of a cost-reducing nature.
To apply for the R&D innovation support program, the application is uploaded to the system along with the form attachments filled in via the SME information system and the application is approved.
The application is considered by the board and the faculty who provide an opinion. The evaluation criteria are as follows:
Support is granted if the project evaluated according to these criteria receives at least 60 points out of 100. Project owners who receive a rejection response have the right to object only 1 time within the first 15 days from the date of learning.
In the R&D and innovation program, the project duration is at most 24 (twenty-four) months. The board determines the project duration according to the nature of the project. By decision of the Board, an additional period of up to 12 (twelve) months may be granted.

work (office) /rent support
— kosgeb allocates an office from here to the enterprise for use during the project period if space is located in tekmer. This office can be indicated as an address in the process of starting a business. Office support is given to each project only 1 time, it is necessary to evacuate the office within 30 days after the end of the project.
— In accordance with the Law on Public Financial Management and Control No. 5018, non-refundable rent support is granted to entrepreneurs who set up their business within the last 1 (one) year as of the date of application, using R&D subsidies provided by public administrations within the scope of central management.
Limits of the support (excluding withholding and common expenses) on the net rental price;
to the enterprise for trial purposes and prototype development; Support is provided for raw materials, materials, machinery, equipment, hardware, software, molds, design, and service/labor expenses provided externally.
The upper limit of this support is 150.000 (one hundred fifty thousand) with no refund and a total of 450,000 (four hundred fifty thousand) TL with reimbursement.
Personnel expense support
personnel expense support is provided for personnel of domestic or foreign nationality to be employed on the project on a full-time basis, provided that they work full-time on the project.
Monthly on net pay for staff expenses:
Entrepreneurs who establish their business in the status of a capital company are entitled to staff expense support within the upper limits, regardless of graduation status, with a maximum of 1,500 (1,500,000) TL per month for him/her and/or a partner in charge of the project.
